Beyoncé and Jay Z's highly anticipated On The Run II Tour starts it's first leg in Europe on Wednesday, and the Carters want to give away free tickets to those who give back to the community.
According to NME, BeyGOOD, Beyoncé's charity organization that has done everything from providing clean water to paying for scholarships, has teamed up with two charities: The Prince's Trust and Global Citizen. These organizations aim to help young people with getting their lives on track, and using music festivals to help raise funds and draw awareness to global issues, respectively. Fans who volunteer at their of these organizations will receive the chance to win free tickets to the UK and European dates of the tour.
"The united efforts of BeyGOOD/DoGood, along with our amazing partners The Prince’s Trust and Global Citizen, are calling upon you to lift your voices, lend your hands and share your creativity as active and positive forces for doing good," said Ivy MacgGregor, Director of Philanthropy and Corporate Relations at Parkwood Entertainment.
"Wherever you are and whatever skills, talents and resources you possess, are of value to others in your community, country and across the globe," she continued.
No word on whether a similar initiative will be present for the American leg of the tour, but it wouldn't be surprising. For those of you who are interested, start doing your good deeds now, as the tour is starting in only a few days. If you're not the charitable type, you can still buy the tickets like a normal person.
