Big Sean has been hard at work so far this year, announcing a tour with Playboi Carti and collaborating with PUMA on a classic sneaker model. With Big Sean, though, music has always come first and he continues to find ways to elevate his name and perfect his signature style. Fresh off a Grammy win for his work on Song of the Year "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars, James Fauntleroy is poised to have a big year as well as he has become one of the industry's go-to songwriters, with awesome vocal ability as well.
Sean and Fauntleroy have worked together in the past, namely with the latter featuring on Hall of Fame track "World Ablaze." It appears as though the two are cooking up a new project as per Sean's Instagram story, showing the two working in the studio yesterday. Fauntleroy was in producer mode, sitting in front of a production hardware while Sean showed off the set-up, complete with Goyard bags on the table. James Fauntleroy co-wrote and did backing vocals for much of the Hall of Fame album, so it is not a surprise to see the two together, but it does mean that they are working on something fresh.
