Denzel Curry and IDK are kindred spirits. The pair of young talents are currently in the midst of A$AP Ferg's Mad Man Tour, which has no doubt left a trail of destruction across the nation. It would appear that the trio have forged a creative chemistry offstage as well; a few weeks back, Ferg, Curry & IDK dropped off "Kristi YamaGucci," which you can check out here. Prior, Denzel and IDK linked up for "No Wave," which found both artists absolutely going in. At the time, IDK told XXL that he and Denzel had another "4 or 5 songs in the cut." Today, the duo have announced another one of those tracks, which is set to drop tomorrow.
Denzel took to Instagram to share the awesome throwback artwork, looking like an updated take on Juvenile's 400 Degreez album cover. The track, titled "Uh Huh", even sounds like some classic Juve. Maybe it's a sign that we might be receiving something inspired by Cash Money's heyday. Or perhaps the duo will continue to drop aggressive, lyrical onslaughts; only time will tell. Either way, it's an unexpected surprise, and a welcome addition to tomorrow's already stacked schedule.
In the caption, Denzel dubs them the "Hardest Tag Team in the Game.” Is there merit to that claim? Sound off below. In the interim, be sure to catch Denzel and IDK in your city via The Mad Man tour. Check out the official list of dates here.
