In 2014 Keyshia Cole entered Birdman's apartment, who was her boyfriend at the time, to find him with another woman by the name of Sabrina Mercadel. Keyshia allegedly went nuts and punched Sabrina in the face, pulled her hair and clawed at her face with her nails.
After the incident, Sabrina sued Keyshia for $4 million in the following breakdown:
$1.5 million: pain and suffering
$500k: emotional distress
$2 million: loss of use of body part
$200k: future medical expenses
$50k: loss of earnings
$300k: future loss of earnings
TMZ now reports that the case between the two ladies is officially over, where the "Love" singer has to cough up $100,635. It's a lot of cash, but not near the $4 million that was asked for.
At the end of October Keyshia dropped off an eleven track project titled, 11:11 Reset. It marked her first album release since joining Epic Records and overall marks her 11th album. The tape boasts features from Young Thug, French Montana, DJ Khaled and Remy Ma.
Birdman seems to be going through some legal troubles himself as we recently posted that he defaulted on a $12 million loan. Reports say if he doesn't act fast on paying back the money his Miami home and office space can be taken by the bank.
