In 2016, Compton's Jay Worthy and Vancouver's Sean House linked up to form LNDN DRGS, hitting fans with their AKTIVE project. Now, the duo are all set to issue a re-release on Friday, July 27th, complete with nine new tracks. As it happens, they've already managed to land one of the game's most underrated, Freddie Gibbs. Together on "Tomorrow," Gangsta Gibbs follows up his Freddie album with a strong anti-procrastination message, seamlessly sliding over the up-tempo, eighties-inspired funk.
Speaking to Complex, Jay Worthy opens up about the influence behind the upcoming project. "ASAP Yams pushed us to do this album and unfortunately he passed before it dropped," he explains. "We revamped the album and added nine new songs and releasing it as dedication to him." As for the track itself, "Tomorrow" borrows from the days of early-nineties West-Coast music, not unlike something you might hear in San Andreas. Peep the latest collaboration now, and stay tuned for AKTIVE Deluxe, dropping later this week.

Silly groupie take the pee-pee in the poop chute
