Things keep getting worse for the disgraced Hollywood exec.

Harvey Weinstein is facing three new sexual assault charges related to an incident with a woman back in 2006. Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance Jr. revealed that a grand jury has officially indicted the former film producer with first degree criminal sexual act, as well as two counts of predatory sexual assault.

Law enforcements officials reveal to TMZ that the alleged incident occurred on July 10, 2006, and reportedly involved Weinstein forcing oral sex on the unidentified woman.

All of these new counts are considered felonies and come with a minimum sentence of ten years in prison, and a maximum penalty of life in prison. While the D.A. has not released the name of the victim, her story recalls that of Mimi Haleyi, who detailed a similar experience of sexual abuse she endured back in 2006 during a news conference with her attorney Gloria Allred.

Weinstein is already facing three similar charges for alleged attacks that occurred back in 2004 and 2013.
