Wifisfuneral comes through with some bars.

Wifisfuneral has quietly been emerging as one of Florida's best kept secrets, combining technical prowess with the carefree swagger of a mumble rapper. The latter even led to Joe Budden clowning on him during an episode of Everyday Struggle, while Wifi dropped the ominous lyrical display "JoeBuddenProbablyThinksICan'tRap" in response. Spoiler alert - he can rap, and if you haven't heard his latest mixtape Boy Who Cried Wolf, you should get on that. Suffice it to say, Wifisfuneral has been enjoying a successful run, and while his Member's Only homeboy's i XXXTentacion & Ski Mask The Slump God might be more recognizable names, it's hard to dispute that Wifi is next up.

On that note, the Floridian rapper recently hit up Los Angeles radio station Real 92.3 for an interview and freestyle session. Unlike some of his contemporaries who tend to avoid spitting bars on air, Wifi happily delivers some fire; while his style tends to lean toward the "new generation," it seems as if he's an old soul, spitting flows reminiscent of vintage Eminem and Cage over hazy trap beats. Check out the video below to see Wifi's freestyle.

The rapper also talks about his newfound rise to success, as well as his relationship with the controversial XXXTentacion. In case you missed it, Wifi previously extended his support during X's recent incarceration, and proceeded to open up about his relationship with X and Ski Mask. If you're interested in this group of Florida up-and-comers, you should definitely check out the interview in full.
