Rainbow-colored hair is a bold statement for any rapper, but Tekashi 6ix9ine has made it work to his advantage, banking off his infamy to deliver five songs simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100. It doesn't look like Tekashi is anywhere near finished either after dropping his debut project Day69 as he's been teasing his a sixth single on his socials. On top of that, Tekashi let his fans into a recent studio session, showing off a fresh remix of Rich The Kid's "Plug Walk." The original song has given Rich The Kid much success over the last few weeks and, with a viral dance attached to it, it continues to pick up steam. It's no surprise for rappers to want to hop on the instrumental and do their thing.
While he previously showed off a new auto-tuned singing voice, 6ix9ine went back to what made him famous in the remix to "Plug Walk," creating the scream-heavy "Blood Walk." Dedicated to his red-attired gang who can be seen hollering in the video below, 6ix9ine flows over the instrumental and, we can't lie, it sounds really nice. The track appears to be mixed well as Tek keeps much of RTK's flow, centering his lyrics around his affection for the Bloods.
Fans and Rich The Kid alike are feeling the track, with Rich commenting a flurry of fire emojis with a simple "drop that" message. It gets Rich's approval and it gets his fan's approval. We're with RTK on this one: drop it!
