It’s been a long road for Wiz Khalifa fans who’ve been patiently waiting for the release of Rolling Papers 2, but after years of anticipation the wait is no longer. At the stroke of midnight, Wiz finally released his highly anticipated album, featuring guest appearances from Gucci Mane, Swag Lee, PartyNextDoor, Ty Dolls $ign, Lil Skies, and many more. Consisting of 25 tracks, many of which we’ve already heard, there’s still plenty of new heat for TGOD fans to vibe out, and one song in particular that Wiz is a huge fan of is his collab with Bone Thugs N Harmony called “Reach For The Stars.”
“The collaboration that's most memorable to me is definitely the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony collaboration because of how big of a fan of theirs I am,” Wiz said about the collab. “I listened to their music growing up, from second grade till now. I have a tattoo of them on my leg. So, it's like them dudes have been a part of my life forever. Being I'm such a big fan of theirs, it was super fun to get into the studio and work with them and actually feel like I was in Bone Thugs-N-Harmony for two seconds, you know? That was a dream come true of mine."
Take a listen to the melodic new collab and let us know what you think.
Quotable Lyrics:
My path been clear, the bottom been there
My plate gon’ share, my grind took years
I faced my fears, I passed my peers
I switched them gears, they in the rear
