XXXTentacion and Trippie Redd look to have been beefing for the last few weeks with each side sending shots the other's way. The tensions between the former collaborators appear to have calmed down and potentially been squashed as the two of them are focusing solely on positive energy. X said in a live stream that he's done spreading anything but love, compassion, and art, insisting he's done with the "bullsh-t." Trippie Redd looks as if he's done with the beef as well, sharing on his Instagram story that he does not beef with anybody.
Trippie and X are both working on albums, with the former releasing his sophomore effort ? this Friday. Regarding his clash with the Floridian rapper, Trippie says he has a lot of living to do and it's not worth focusing on negative energy: "All this fake ass internet beef and sh-t, sh-t's dead. I don't beef with nobody." The Canton product continued his talk with a quick update on his upcoming album, saying, "It's still in the works. I'ma give y'all more snippets of that. I'ma keep on working." From the sounds of the existing teasers, Trippie's album will likely be extremely aurally pleasing, playing off the artist's versatility and exploring different vibes than what we're used to.
