It's been over two years since Santigold released her last project, 99¢ but thankfully, the wait is over and she announced a new project yesterday. With incredibly short notice, Santigold comes through with her latest body of work, I Don't Want: The Gold Fire Sessions.
Santigold follows up her 2016 project 99¢ with her latest opus, I Don't Want: The Gold Fire Sessions. Her latest body of work was produced by dancehall OG Dre Skull who also founded Mixpak. Her new project is eleven songs deep and hails a single feature from Shenseea on track eight, "Don't Blame Me." On her new project, Santigold brings laid-back island vibes while bringing some social commentary to the world we're currently living in.
