Kanye West also added that "this is dead now.”

It’s safe to say it’s been quite a big week for hip-hop. Not only did Kanye West drop off his new album yesterday called Ye, but fans have been captivated by the on-going feud between Drake & Pusha T. As you already know by now, Pusha T responded to Drake’s “Duppy” freestyle earlier this week with some lethal bars of his own on “The Story Of Adidon,” a 3-minute diss aiming at Drake’s personal life, family & friends.

However, since Drake released “Duppy” freestyle, and sent a few shots at Kanye West, fans have been waiting to hear what Kanye would say, especially considering Drake was just out in Wyoming helping him out on his album. While it started to look like Kanye wasn’t going to address the situation at all, he decided to hop on Twitter early Saturday morning and finally share his thoughts.

If you were hoping to hear Kanye get at Drake on wax, I'm sorry to inform you that probably won’t be happening. In fact, Kanye said he’s never been about beef, and is all about love. He also added that "this is dead now," presumably meaning he's putting an end to the beef.

“I’ve never been about beef    I’m about love    lines were crossed and it’s not good for anyone    so this is dead now,” he tweeted out.

This tweet comes just hours after Push was claiming that Drake was searching for more dirt on him, and was offering $100,000 to anyone who could provide it. But who knows what will happen now, maybe Kanye spoke to Drake privately to put an end to it? Only time will tell.

Check out Kanye's tweet (below) and sound off in the comments.
