Is Amber sending a message with her latest Instagram story?

Amber Rose and 21 Savage split back in March, but a new post from Rose suggests she's looking to rekindle their relationship, at least that's how fans are taking it. Amber posted a video to her Instagram story where she seems to stare longingly at the camera as Richard Marx's "Right Here Waiting" plays in the background: "Wherever you go / Whatever you do / I will be right here waiting for you." Rose then followed the post up with a blank frame complete with a single broken heart emoji. If she's trying to send a message to someone, this would definitely be one way to do it, though she hasn't made it explicit who she might be speaking to.

Either way, commenters on the video have jumped to the conclusion that Amber is reaching out to 21 Savage. In March, she spoke to Big Boy about their breakup. "I love him. I really love him. I miss him. I think about him every day," she to the radio personality. "But to say that I'm single, I can't say that I'm single because in my heart I still love him so for me to say that I'm single means I want to go out and find something else. Like I'm ready to mingle and I'm not. My heart is still with him so you know, hopefully we can work it out but if we can't, the love is still there so you know, we'll hopefully be able to be friends."

While things seemed fairly open-ended back then, it was recently reported that Amber and 21 "snubbed" one another when they crossed paths at Coachella in April.

A few weeks back, Amber expressed frustration with fame on Instagram. "I swear to God I feel like no one wants to ever see me happy. Because they feel like I'm undeserving of love," she said. However, she found self-actualization in the work she's done as a feminist activist. "But fuck it. This isn't the life I chose but it's the life that chose me," she wrote. "Helping women who have been victimized, scrutinized, raped, slut shamed, and blamed is the only thing that makes me feel better. Because I too have been a part of all those things."
