A confrontational track that would make Project Pat proud.

JSpec's new track is a response to a viral video which showed him slapping a man for selling him a bad iPhone. The rapper decided to take the concept and make a song that uses the fundamentals of a classic Three 6 Mafia or Project Pat record, and make "Smack A N***a." The song actually begins with a sample of the aforementioned video, before a Grip Gunz beat enters, pairing heavy sub-bass with a flute sample that makes record as catchy as it is hard. JSpec's hook packs a similar punch.

The song comes after JSpec released his Almighty Spec mixtape earlier this year. Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, his Three 6 Mafia-influenced, club-ready sound is not far off from that of Houston's Beatking, with whom he has previously collaborated on "FYM." It's just another reason to be paying attention to the Texas scene right now.

Quotable Lyrics:
Slap another n***a for his iPhone
Trynna play me, slap him to another timezone
Trynna tell you, I don't play about mine, hoe
Everyday I'm kicking shit, no Tae Boe
