Camila Cabello kicked off her first solo tour yesterday to accompany her debut self-titled album. For her first stop in Vancouver last night the 21-year-old surprised fans with some unreleased tunes, letting it be known that she's got more tracks in the vault - that will hopefully be released soon.
Her first surprise was a performance of a Pharrell assisted track "Sangria Wine" followed by "Scar Tissue" that was co-written by Charli XCX.
"I don't know if you guys know this, but, scar tissue is the skin that grows on top of skin that's been burned or hurt, and it's the body's way of healing. When I wrote this part of the song, it felt like I was healing," Camila shared with the crowd. "I just want you to know that if any of you are going through a tough time, or lost, I just want you to be patient and loving, and brave, and treat yourself as if you were your own best friend. I love you guys so much and I promise you that one day, you're going to look in the mirror and you're not only going to be better for it, but you healed is going to be better than the you that was unbroken."
Camila's debut album has reached major success since it's release, specifically with her Young Thig assisted single "Havana" that became the first female song to top three Billboard charts since 1996. Check out the rest of Camila's tour stops here.
