As this Tuesday afternoon reaches evening, Cardi B had some thoughts about people using the term 'boss' so loosely and decided to tell her Instagram followers about it. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper has been on a high since bringing home the Best New Artist award at this weekend's iHeartRadio Music Awards, living a boss lifestyle for a minute. However, Cardi would rather be living the simple life as she questions women's obsession with being 'bosses.' The leader of the Bardi Gang chimed in on women who proclaim themselves as bosses, outlining the necessary criteria to determine your boss status.
Cardi is in full pajamas as she begins her stream of consciousness, "Dear everybody, I know I look a little f-cked up. I ain't going out nowhere." She continues by critiquing the widespread use of the term, "These b-tches have an assistant and they swear that they a boss. A boss is somebody that gotta take care of multiple people. A boss is somebody that, the bill, the invoices that come every week, you gotta pay that sh-t. Like, me - I don't want to be a boss."
All things considered, it can't be fun to watch the money you earn go towards countless expenses on a weekly basis like Cardi is saying. It's like paying rent multiplied by a hundred. On the other hand, people see a way of life that is portrayed and they want to escape their own lives to live as a celebrity, without thinking of the negatives included in that lifestyle. Do you think Cardi is speaking real talk about the 'boss' lifestyle?
