The giant Black Panther mushroom cloud is reaching critical mass. The march 8 issue of Rolling Stone will be marked by Chadwick Boseman's cover appearance. The artistic direction, styled in a black & white-indigo hue, embodies the significant forces at work in this project. In fact we will begin to describe its cultural impact when this moment comes to pass.

The cover photo depicts the film's star looking extremely chisel in leather pants and what can be aptly be described as a skinned panther at shoulder length. the cover oozes sex appeal and of an importance that is deserved but not forthcoming.

Beyond the main function of the cover art is a in-depth interview in which Chadwick Boseman aknowledges the special moment in history that he is part of, in which he describes the making of this film as "a sea-change moment."

"I still remember the excitement people had seeing Malcolm X. And this is greater, because it includes other people, too. Everybody comes to see the Marvel movie."
