Earlier this week, Nav was hit with the leak of one of his new tracks. While he stayed quiet for a minute, he decided to respond by releasing the official audio to his brand new track "Me And My Bitch." Clearly unimpressed with the alterations made to his song by the leaker, the Canadian artist sent them a message on his Instagram. He wrote, "Might as well put the real version out," with an eye roll emoji. Down to the cover art he uses on SoundCloud, the XO member is rightfully angry at the situation, noting, "Whoever added those trash drums and leaked my song can suck my whole d-ck."
Fresh off the release of Reckless, Nav and Metro may have been saving this one for the release of their collaborative sequel, Perfect Timing 2. Unfortunately, somebody got a hold of the song and decided to freely make a few changes. The one rule they did not take into account though was to not mess with Metro's drums. Apparently, the leaked version featured "trash drums" and, from what we can hear on the official audio, the kicks and claps are as crispy as usual.
With Perfect Timing 2 expected before the end of the year, Nav is letting the fans eat with a preview of what is to come. How are you feeling this one?
