The Roosevelt Hotel is suing Young Thug's booker for breaking their original contract.

Back over Halloween weekend, Young Thug apparently agreed to perform at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for $85k, but according to a new lawsuit he refused to go on stage if the hotel didn't cough up an extra $20k at the last minute.

According to TMZ, The Roosevelt is suing Suntoucher Entertainment, claiming they locked Thugger's Oct. 28 performance for $85k and gave the booker half the fee a month ahead of the performance (deposit). Well about a week before the show, The Roosevelt was contacted by Young Thug saying he’s not repped by Suntoucher Entertainment and he put them in touch with his agents at CAA, who demanded an additional $20k for the performance.

With that said, The Roosevelt says they decided to cough up the extra $20k because they had already sold tickets, but since Thug broke the original deal, they're suing to get back their $42.5k deposit and the extra $20k. Of course whether or not they get that remains to be seen, but they appear to be trying.

This latest lawsuit comes a couple months after Thugger was arrested on on felony drug & gun charges in Georgia. Thug was reportedly pulled over by the police after they said they smelled marijuana coming from his car. The police later searched his Maybach where they allegedly not only found marijuana but liquid codeine as well. They also ended up finding a gun in his vehicle as well as $50 thousand in cash. He was eventually released on bond.

We’ll continue to keep you posted on the latest with Young Thug moving forward.
