Will Lebron James land a guest verse on "Rap Or Go To The League?"

Lebron James is one person in the NBA that has an incredibly close relationship with the hip hop community. Whether it's clowning with Jay-Z over who the King Of New York or helping Drake launch a new restaurant in Toronto, Lebron's relationship with hip hop has been well documented in the past. Despite how much of a fan of rap he is, he's never dabbled down the same lane as Shaq or Kobe Bryant did and attempted to drop his own album. However, he might have some sort of involvement in 2 Chainz next album.

2 Chainz took to Instagram to share a picture with him and Lebron James in the studio. The picture itself could just mean that Lebron James is visiting 2 Chainz while the rapper works on Rap Or Go To The League, the caption of it seemingly hints at James' being involved on the project in some sort of way. While it's unlikely he dropped any bars, maybe James has some sort of role in doing a few interludes on the album. At this point, it's not entirely clear but they seem to have something up their sleeve.

While Lebron's involvement on the album is to be determined, one thing that's certain is that 2 Chainz has been in the studio with Statik Selektah working on the album. He recently previewed a snippet of the a track while they were locked inside the studio together. Between Statik and Lebron, 2 Chainz is pulling out all the stops for his forthcoming album.
