Kith founder Ronnie Fieg teamed up with Nike and LeBron James this year for a collaborative project that not only features a line of special edition Nike LeBron 15s, but also a "Long Live The King" mini documentary.
Today, Kith and Nike have released the full 12-minute doc, which highlights LeBron on and off the court, and features pivotal figures throughout his life.
Included among those key figures in LeBron's life are his longtime friend and business partner Maverick Carter, LeBron's former Saint Vincent-Saint Mary high school basketball coach Keith Dambrot, the Nike executive who signed LeBron, Lynn Merritt, and of course, Ronnie Fieg.
Fieg wrote the following regarding his first executively produced film,
"After a year in the making, I’m proud to present the first film I executively produced. “Long Live the King” is a mini-documentary by Kith in collaboration with Nike and produced by Matte Films that examines the life of LeBron James. My goal for this project with Nike has always been to highlight both sides of LeBron - the person and the player. This concept evolved into a documentary, which features pivotal figures throughout LeBron’s life, as well as the King himself. This film serves as the foundation for our partnership, I hope you enjoy it. Releasing publicly this Friday at 9AM EST on Uninterrupted."
