Drake's "God's Plan" continues to dominate the charts for an eleventh week in a row.

Drake's run on the Billboard Hot 100 came to an end after 431 weeks in August 2017. It marked the first time that the rapper didn't appear on the charts. He was the first artist in history to ever maintain a position on the charts for eight consecutive years. However, the rapper came back to the charts even stronger this year when he released his Scary Hours EPThe song spawned his latest hit single, "God's Plan" that has now spent 11 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 which now beats out Drake's own record.

"God's Plan" now surpassed "One Dance" as his longest leading number one single on the charts. "One Dance" previously held the title for 10 weeks straight. His single has not only been breaking his own personal records but records on the charts as well. In addition, it marks only the fourth single in the past two decades to spend its first 11 weeks at the top of the charts. He now ties with P. Diddy and Faith Evans' "I'll Be Missing You."

In addition, Drake's single has also spent the same amount of time at the top of both the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs charts as well as the Hot Rap Songs.

While "God's Plan" has hit a new high in his own career, it'll be interesting to see if he could maintain that position for a twelfth week. The rapper just dropped off his latest single, "Nice For What" over the weekend. Maybe Drake will dethrone Drake on the charts? Only time will tell.
