Devin Booker takes home 3-point champion & Donovan Mitchell wins dunk contest.

This year’s NBA All-Star Weekend is officially underway in Los Angeles, and it’s safe to say Saturday night is arguably the best night of the three with the 3-point, Skills competition & dunk contest all going down at the Staples Center. Before we got to see the likes of Larry Nance Jr., Donovan Mitchell, & Dennis Smith Jr show off their hops in the dunk conest, some of the game’s best shooters took the court & battled it out in the 3-point contest.

Here’s a recap of what each players scored in the 3-point shootout:

Tobias Harris (Clippers) - 18 [Advanced]
Wayne Ellington (Heat) - 17
Paul George (Thunder) - 9
Devin Booker (Suns) - 17
Kyle Lowry (Raptors) - 11
Bradley Beal (Wizards) - 15
Klay Thompson (Warriors) - 19 [Advanced]
Eric Gordon (Rockets) - 12

In the finals, Suns' Devin Booker stole the show & won with an all-time high 28, with Klay Thompson finishing second with 25 and Tobias Harris getting third, 18.

However, the main event of the night was and always is the dunk contest, which only had 4 contestants this year and was a little underwhelming to start. But Jazz guard, Donavan Mitchell came to play & took home the crown beating out Cav's forward Larry Nance Jr. in the finals, getting a 98 score out of 100. Nance put up a respectable 96, throwing down a perfect 50 for his last attempt.

Prior to all that going down though, the Skills Competition kicked off the night, with Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie beating out Bulls rookie Lauri Markkanen for the win.

If you happen to have missed it live, we got you covered. Relive some of the nights best dunks & moments (below).
