Just in time for the summer, Eric Bellinger and Ne-Yo have combined their talents to deliver on the music video for their “Dirty Dancing” collab.
“This is a summertime BOP! The song is infectious and fun, as is the video,” Ne-Yo notes of the collaboration. “Makes you wanna dance. What’s better than that?”
In the new clip, directed by Arrad, the visual opens up with the two crooners posted up in Eric’s BMW i8 before he spots a woman coming from out of a dance studio. After informing he woman that he is the dance instructor of her course, the antics begin.
“I remember sending the song over to Ne-Yo and just remember hoping he’d jump on it,” shares Eric Bellinger. “One night he hit me and told me to come by the lab but didn’t say for what. When I walked in he said, ‘surprise!’ He pressed play and he had recorded his verse for ‘Dirty Dancing,’ I couldn’t believe it!”
