Supreme has confirmed that they have linked up with legendary luggage company Rimowa to revamp the brand's famous Topas suitcase model for a younger, more hip generation of customers.

For this unique collaboration, the duo have created custom red and black metallic versions of the carry-on 45L and check-in 82L luggage options. Supreme's logo is prominently displayed on both the interior and exterior facades, while the insides of each suitcase will include Supreme-branded Flex-Divider packing systems to provide an added dose of functionality. The offering will also include TSA-friendly combination locks, step-less telescopic handles, as well as Multiwheel® ball-bearing wheels, retaining all the unique hallmarks of the Topas model.

The 45L option will retail for $1,600 USD, while its more spacious counterpart, the 82L, will be priced at $1,800 USD and is expected to debut in brick-and-mortar retailers in New York, Paris, Los Angeles and London on April 12.

The fact that a millennial by the name of Alexandre Arnault (whose father Bernard Arnault runs LVMH, the parent company of Rimowa) has been appointed as the newest CEO of the legendary luggage company could definitely be the reasoning behind this unexpected, yet brilliant pairing.
