Coming out of halftime at the Toyota Center in Houston last night, Houston Rockets' All-Star shooting guard James Harden was told by a fan that he is "the worst flopper in the NBA." Harden didn't take kindly to that comment and he let the heckler know about it.
As the Rockets headed to the locker room at the end of the second quarter, Nene pushed a Jazz fan for getting in Harden's face, and it appears to be the same dude who called Harden out for flopping as they emerged for the second half.
According to ABC13, the fan who was talking trash to Harden last night is Jason Glad, a Utah Jazz fan who travelled to H-Town for both Games 1 & 2. Utah got blown out in the first game but bounced back last night behind a career-game from Joe Ingles and another solid performance by rookie sensation Donovan Mitchell.
Harden, who clearly does not want to be told he is a flopper, finished with a game-high 32 points to go along with 11 assists and six rebounds in the 116-108 Game 2 loss. The series, tied up at 1-1, now shifts to Salt Lake City for Games 3 & 4. Harden can expect some flopper chants from the Jazz faithful.
Game 3 is scheduled to tip off tomorrow night at 10:30pm ET, airing on ESPN.
