Los Angeles Rams Pro Bowl running back Todd Gurley recently linked up with Complex's Joe La Puma at Flight Club in Los Angeles to talk all things sneakers including, what his favorite sneakers were as a kid, why he's such a big fan of the Air Jordan 17, and what it was like working with DJ Khaled for Champs Sports.
Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Gurley is of course a fan of the Nike Foamposites but he also developed an affinity for Carmelo Anthony's signature shoes as well because Melo was/is his favorite NBA player. Additionally, Gurley spoke about some of his favorite Nike classics like the Air Max 95 and Air Max 97, specifically the special edition Sean Wotherspoon collab.
At the end of his visit to Flight Club LA, TGIII walked out with three new pairs of Air Jordans, totalling over $2,500. Check out what he copped in the full episode of "Sneaker Shopping" below.
