Charleston White has faced legal trouble before, but this situation is more serious than his recent arrest on drug and gun possession charges. According to jail records reportedly obtained by TMZ, the Hollywood Police Department in Florida arrested him yesterday (Saturday, September 12) on a battery charge. What's more is that an alleged abuse victim of White's took to social media to call him out and share photos of the alleged abuse, although it's unclear if this is officially the root of the misdemeanor battery arrest.
Authorities reportedly booked him into a Broward County jail, and his bond amount reportedly appears at $0, according to Hollywood Unlocked on Instagram. Charleston will reportedly remain on bail until a judge reviews his case and decides whether or not to set an official bond. A trial is reportedly pending.
Charleston White, a well-known social media provocateur, currently has a comedy show scheduled in Naples for next Wednesday (September 16). We will see if this impacts the timeline or if he resolves these legal matters in a way that will allow him to perform.

As for the controversial commentator's alleged victim, the woman goes by @realkaypretty on Instagram. She accused him of abuse and showed pictures of alleged injuries, also including photos of a broken door, a broken cabinet, and a broken window.
"Ive stayed quiet long enough. Today 12th of September, 2026 Charleston White woke me up after he already beat me up the night before with a punch to the face calling me a b***h," the woman alleged. "Saying I'm worthless and trying to throw me out of the house that we stay together at. I have a lot to say about Charleston, from abusing me physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually, to stealing my money, my jewelry, my clothes, my bags. He has disrespected me for the last time and I won't stand for it anymore. I hope he gets what he deserves and rots in jail."
