President Donald Trump is in more hot water for being less-than-presidential. Details are swirling regarding his alleged relationship with sex worker, Stormy Daniels. In 2006, it's said that Trump had an affair with Daniels. The sentiment is also echoed in a "60 Minutes" interview that was recorded, but is unaired. A source says Trump's lawyers are trying to prevent it from ever getting out.
Stormy, real name Stephanie Clifford, spoke with Anderson Cooper despite her negotiation with Donald back in October 2016. She agreed that she will remain quiet about the affair. In turn, Trump sent $130,000 her way. Daniels and her lawyer, Michael Avenatti have been taking an aggressive approach to freeing Stormy from her agreement. With the amount of attention revolving around the story, they hope to be released through their attempts to take it publicly.
"Our aim and our messaging is very simple: We're going to shoot straight, we're going to provide evidence and facts, and we are going to consistently advocate for the American people being able to make their own decisions as to who's telling the truth and who's lying to them," assures Avenatti. The interview remains dormant but it is unknown whether it will see the light of day.
