Here's Ye's Setlist From Night One Of His Chicago Homecoming Shows

Ye hadn't performed in Chicago in five years before last night's homecoming concert (Thursday, September 3). The setlist certainly lived up to the expectations, with Kanye West going through 46 of his biggest, newest, and most beloved hits at Soldier Field. Special guests included Andre Troutman, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Future, and hometown legend Twista.

These guests were particularly interesting because they represent a lot of different eras of Kanye's career, whether it's earlier hits with Twista, the falling out with Big Sean and G.O.O.D. Music, and more recent collaborators like Fewtch and Troutman. It was also wild to see him perform tracks he hadn't touched in two decades, such as "Overnight Celebrity" with Twista.

Amid speculation about new Ye music, hearing newer tracks and seeing new guests on this tour is also fueling a lot of those rumors. Plus, with more dates on the way, there are even more chances for 2026 to get even busier for Kanye West.

Still, his past bigotries continue to catch up to him, and this has also impacted these live runs in other countries and within the United States. But throughout it all, and despite it all, Ye fans can't wait for night two of his Chicago homecoming tonight (Friday, September 4).
