In her latest interview, Oprah Winfrey sits down with LL Cool J and talks about his abusive childhood while growing up.

We know that if you're going to sit down with Oprah Winfrey, you probably have something major to air out - and that's just what LL Cool J did. In her latest interview, he sits down to talk about being abused as a child.

LL Cool J is next to appear on the latest episode of Oprah's Next Chapter to discuss the beatings he received growing up. LL originally spoke of this situation in a 1988 autobiography titled 'I Make My Own Rules', in which LL wrote about being attacked by his mother's male friend. He made sure to specify that this ordeal wasn't sexual. Now this is where Oprah and LL Cool J dive further in detail about these incidents.

In a teaser video below, you can see a red-eyed LL speak as he relives these stories. We can also see Oprah classify these incidents with the word "torture." She's probably right though, because from this short clip (below), LL mentions being hit with vacuum pipes, having to strip down to get beat, and being thrown out in the snow. This is sure to be an emotional and heartfelt episode. Hopefully the rest of the interview is about how he overcame these horrible incidents.

You can watch the full episode of Oprah's Next Chapter with LL Cool J this Sunday night at 9 P.M.
