A few weeks after the DJ Mustard-produced "Big Bank" saw light, YG has released a hilarious lyric video to call by name. The video transforms YG, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz and Big Sean into South Park-like characters, all scoring their own montage in sequence of appearance. The animation resembles the character design put forth by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, each figure short, stocky and generally expressionless except in the movement of the pupils.
YG spends his "white folks money" at the whim of strippers with Eric Cartman body types. 2 Chainz rocks out in front of a crowd looking like a first generation millionaire hanging out in a hippie commune. The animation team does a fairly decent job of recreating the likeness and the personal style of each rapper, even Big Sean comes across fashionable/casual as you would expect from a rapper best known for pairing the bucket hat with thousand dollar jeans.
YG saves the best for last on "Big Bank." Nicki Minaj's overblown proportions make for a good pat on the cheek. The animated Nicki impels a crowd of hundreds if not thousands to keep waving their hands in the air. "Big Bank" is part of the rollout for YG's upcoming project Stay Dangerous.
