Around three months ago, Beanie Sigel was released from prison after doing two years for tax evasion. Since then, the onetime Roc-A-Fella star hasn't made a peep, but today he's popped up on a new track by Young Chris. Produced by Chris' longtime collaborator Cardiak, "Legends Never Die" also features Guordan Banks.
In his song-closing verse, Sigel lets us know that he's still on the Roc-A-Fella payroll and references Ludacris' "Move Bitch." A smooth, soulful hook powers the track, making for a very enjoyable homecoming for Sigel.
"Legends Never Die" is taken from Young Chris' upcoming mixtape The Network 3, which is dropping on November 28th.
Quotable Lyrics
D'usse flow, I Roc a nigga like H-O
Dig a hole, supply the box for your wake yo
You know it's crew love at the end of the day though
And this is Roc-A-Fella for life, yeah I'm still on the payroll
