Last week, YG and Nipsey Hussle teamed up for a surprise anthem that both Bloods and Crips can get behind: "Fuck Donald Trump." The song found the two South L.A. artists speaking up for the student activists and protestors who have been forcefully removed from Trump rallies as well as the Hispanics with whom they share their home neighborhoods. When's the last time such an overtly political song bumped this hard?
Earlier today, both rappers announced an open call for the "FDT" video shoot, and YG soon told his fans to meet him at Melrose & Fairfax in the north central area of L.A. at 1:30 PM.
Nipsey and YG both posted clips from the shoot, showing a mass turnout of zealous fans all united by their opposition to the policy proposals of Donald Trump.
With the forthcoming video, it's looking like YG and Nip have become the torchbearers for an important movement that all lovers of hip-hop and what it stands for can get behind. #FUKDONALDTRUMP
