It's only been slightly over a year since the release of the first Deadpool, but fans are going to be treated to a sequel soon enough. The follow-up, Deadpool 2, was anticipated almost as soon as the first one hit theatres. Today Ryan Reynolds released Deadpool 2's first trailer on his YouTube channel.
The trailer for Deadpool 2 maintains the cynical world view of the first, with Deadpool taking a frustratingly long, but realistic, amount of time to change into his superhero outfit in a phone booth-- poking fun at Superman-- he then goes on to address a Stan Lee cameo by name, and lets the victim he's attempting to save, die. It doesn't say much as to the overall plot of the sequel, but is enough to build up anticipation.
Take a look below. It's coming soon, but not soon enough, according to the trailer.
