If you ever wanted to own a handwritten Tupac lyric manuscript, now is your chance.
On September 29th, London auction house Sotheby's will auction off two separate lyric sheets that Tupac wrote in 1995 while incarcerated.
The main attraction is the lyric sheet for "Ambitionz Az A Ridah," one of his biggest hits ever. According to the New York Daily News, the bidding for that manuscript will start at $47,000 and is expected to fetch somewhere in the neighborhood of $78,000.
“[Shakur] is a fixture of enormous popularity and great cultural significance, so we are confident there'll be a lot of interest,” said Gabriel Heaton, a Sotheby’s specialist in books and manuscripts.
The other available Tupac manuscript is nine handwritten lines from his “Tradin’ War Stories” outro.
