Travis Scott is currently surrounded by the hype he created with the release of his new project Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight, but during La Flame's live stream of the album on his Beats 1 radio platform, the G.O.O.D. Music signee also revealed some more reasons to get hype: he's executive producing Cruel Winter.
The long-rumored compilation album from G.O.O.D. Music was led by the single "Champions" earlier this year, which Teyana Taylor just remixed. This morning, Travis paid a visit to Hot 97's morning show, where he discussed the forthcoming album and revealed some more information.
"I would say we have a lot of songs done, how many songs we got picked, I will only say like a handful," he says of the creative process for Cruel Winter. "Everybody's involved," the rapper confirms-- hopefully this includes the oft-forgotten CyHi The Prynce (amirite???).
"One thing I can say about this project is it's gunna be very youthful," Travis says, "straight to the point."
The album is reportedly dropping at the beginning of the new year. We'll keep you posted.
