Although we still have no idea when Jimmy Winfrey, the man accused of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus earlier this year, will be going to trial, new details continue to emerge in the case. The latest development involves the prosecution adding a charge of domestic terrorism to Winfrey's indictment, thanks to some new evidence of threat he made to Wayne before the shooting.
The prosecution alleges that Winfrey told Weezy that he'd "spray his bus," although it's unclear when the exchange occurred. It could very well have happened just before the shooting, when Winfrey was kicked out of a club for "harassing Wayne."
The new indictment still claims that Birdman and Young Thug conspired with Winfrey, but it does not specify what they're being charged with (if they're even going to be charged at all).
