Before the Toronto Raptors open up their Eastern Conference Finals series tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers, their mayor, John Tory, has a bone to pick with the CBS Sports writers who listed their beloved team as 'Other' in a recent NBA Title poll.
As it turns out, the poll was posted before the Heat/Raptors series had wrapped up which is why the alternative selection to Warriors, Thunder and Cavaliers was listed as "other."
Mayor Tory ain't having it though.
He posted this tongue-in-cheek letter to CBS' Sean McManus on twitter and it has since gone viral, prompting a #WeTheOther hashtag instead of Toronto's usual #WeTheNorth rallying cry.
And we're sure Drake is feverishly working on a song titled, 'We The Others' to be blasted throughout the Air Canada Centre when the series shifts to the six.
