5 release dates you need to know about this month.

Good ole September. The month where we officially say goodbye to Summer and this hot ass weather, and begin our transition into the Fall and hoodie season.

September is also going to be a major month for the sneaker community. Kanye West's Yeezy Season 4 unveiling is just days away and rumors are swirling that there are a handful of Yeezy Boosts on tap for this month.

While it remains to be seen if those rumors are true, we do know that Jordan Brand has plenty of sneaker releases in store for this month, including one timeless classic and a bunch of never before seen colorways.

Hit the sides above for the Top 5 Air Jordan release dates that you need to know about over the next 30 days.

Air Jordan 31 "Banned"

Release Date: 9/3

Price: $185

Jordan Brand next addition to Michael Jordan's signature line, the Air Jordan 31 will be arriving this Saturday in a colorway that serves as a nod the "Banned" Air Jordan 1 colorway from 1985.

The kicks feature a lot of elements of the original Air Jordan, including a leather upper, and the inclusion of both a Jumpman and Nike Swoosh. Additionally, the Air Jordan 31 consists of flyweave on the upper, responsive full-length Zoom Air cushioning and FlightSpeed technology.

The AJ XXXI is being billed as Jordan Brand's greatest performance sneaker to date, which will be worn by Russell Westbrook in the upcoming season.

IMHO, the Air Jordan signatures after the 14 were lackluster, to say the least, but this 31 is something that I can fuck with.

Air Jordan 1 "Banned"

Release Date: 9/3

Price: $160

In addition to the "Banned" Air Jordan 31 release this Saturday, Jordan Brand is bringing back the original sneaker that started it all. However, the kicks feature some subtle changes.

Instead of the traditional smooth leather construction throughout the Air Jordan 1 silhouette, the 2016 "Banned" AJ1 will feature hits of a textured, tumbled leather on the toe and swoosh.

Other than the material swap on the aforementioned pieces, the kicks remain true to form with a simple, clean red, black and white build. Although the lack of the Banned "X" on the heel is absent, we don't think that'll deter any potential buyers from scooping a pair next weekend.

As announced at the official unveiling of the Air Jordan 31, the remastered "Banned" 1s are scheduled to launch this Saturday, September 3rd- they'll carry a $160 price tag and, judging from Footaction's Release Locator, shouldn't be too difficult to get your hands on.

Air Jordan 12 "Waterproof Nylon"

Release Date: 9/10

Price: $190

Jordan Brand just can't stop, won't stop pumping out new Air Jordan 12s this year.

The latest to be unveiled is this unique "Waterproof Nylon" joint which features a completely blacked out upper made of... waterproof nylon! A red jumpman and a clean white outsole are the only forms of contrast on the toned down 12s.

The shoes are eerily similar to the extremely rare "Friends & Family" release of the "PSNY" Air Jordan 12.

Take a look at some new on-foot images in the gallery and if you like what you see, a release date has already been pegged for September 10th- they'll retail for the standard $190.

Air Jordan 4 "Obsidian"

Release Date: 9/17

Price: $400

As if paying $220 for Air Jordans wasn't enough, Jordan Brand has steadily been releasing Premium Js which carry even heftier price tags than, like the Pinnacle "Snakeskin" 4s which released a few months back.

Adding to the lineup of premium Air Jordan 4s is this upcoming "Obsidian" colorway which will now reportedly be hitting retailers (for $400) on September 17th according to @J23app.

The entire premium leather upper features a blend of quilted and wavy stitching, along with bronze accents which only adds to the sneakers unique look. The look is simple yet luxurious; As luxurious as an Air Jordan 4 can get.

That $400 price tag, though? That ain't right, but these kicks might be worth it.

Air Jordan 5 "Bronze"

Release Date: 9/24

Price: $190

Michael Jordan would've never settled for a measly bronze medal but that hasn't deterred Jordan Brand from going forward with this upcoming "Bronze" Air Jordan 5.

The classic Air Jordan 5 silhouette is actually outfitted in obsidian blue but bronze accents on the tongue and midsole give the sneaker its 3rd place moniker.

Considering Jordan Brand has already released the gold-tongued Air Jordan 5, one would assume a "Silver" joint will soon be unveiled to complete this Olympics-themed collection but thus far nothing has been confirmed.

If you're particularly fond of this "Bronze" rendition of the Air Jordan 5, mark your calendars for September 24th- the kicks will carry a $190 price tag.
