A young generation of rappers led by the likes of Isaiah Rashad & Tut is writing an exciting new chapter for the burgeoning Tennessee rap scene. One of the most exciting members of Tennessee's hip hop vanguard is Clarksville's Tim Gent.
Gent first made noise last April when he released Clarksville Nights, which would low-key turn out to become one of the best mixtapes of the year. Yesterday, he shared his next project, a free release entitled For The Love EP.
Gent became a father last year, that's his baby's finger on the mixtape cover. For the tape he recruits the production talents of Free P, Ducko McFli, Rmur, Black Diamond, Matic Lee, and T. Clark.
