A quick recap of what hip-hop artists had to say about last night's Oscars.

The 86th annual Oscars went down last night in Los Angeles, as happens every year, the brightest and biggest stars were out attending the event and celebrating afterwards at various different parties. While there probably wasn't an excess of rappers in attendance, they nonetheless seemed to have the TV locked on the annual awards show, and many were chiming in with their opinion throughout the night.

There were many memorable moments during the night, including Lupita Nyong'o's win for Best Supporting Actress with her role in "12 Years A Slave" (not to mention the film taking home Best Picture), as well as Ellen DeGeneres epic selfie (which was retweeted more than 2 million times).

We've decided to compile some of those memorable moments here. If you missed the Oscars, or you're just looking for a simple recap, or you'd like to know what hip-hop artists had to say about them, scroll through the galleries above.
