Looking at the projections, The Game and Machine Gun Kelly were neck-and-neck for sales last week, but someone had to pull ahead in the end, and that person was MGK.
Of course he was competing with Game's second release in the last two days, but he had an impressive showing by any measure, moving 56,000 units of General Admission (49,000 excluding streams), and coming in at number 4 on the Billboard 200.
The Game was not far behind, with Doc 2.5 bringing in 48,000 units (42,000 excluding streams) and placing at number 6. Combined with his 94,529 in sales last week, he's not having a bad month.
Meanwhile, The Weeknd has both albums beat, coming in at number 3 with 62,000 sold after 8 weeks on the charts.
