Last week, we reported that The Game had been charged with a felony for "making criminal threats" to an off-duty cop during an incident at a Pro-Am basketball game in March. Yesterday, he was arrested.
CNN reports that the rapper voluntarily turned himself in to police, was booked, and then managed to post his $50,000 bail. He was released and will await trial.
According to law enforcement sources, The Game got into an argument with the off-duty police officer during the March game, threatened to kill him, punched him in the face and fled. With the news last week came reports that The Game was claiming that he didn't actually threaten the cop and that the officer "insinuated he had a gun in his gym bag."
