One of the coolest things that Nike does every year is their collaboration with Doernbecher Children's Hospital which gives ailing children the opportunity to create their own version of some classic Nikes, as well as a special edition pair of Air Jordans.
This year's Doernbecher Freestyle Collection will officially be unveiled on October 28th, but word has already gotten out that this year's series will feature the Air Jordan 7. The other sneakers to be included in the DB Collection have not yet been revealed, but all will be releasing sometime in November.
This will be the 13th year of the Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle Collection and over the years they have raised $14 million to advance the cause of children's health. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these sneakers benefit OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
