One afternoon in early September, Tech N9ne announced his 11th studio album The Storm and loosed a troika of songs: "What If It Was Me," "I Get It Now," and "Erbody But Me." After a brief 5-week hiatus, he returned Thursday afternoon with "Sriracha," a record that features Logic and new Atlantic-signee Joyner Lucas, a union of three of the fastest rappers in the game.
"Sriracha" is the title of the song because, as Tech raps, "I put that on everything." With all due to respect Tech and Logic, both of whom submit impressive verse, the best verse goes to Joyner Lucas. The 3:12-3:24 stretch boggles the mind.
The Storm is out December 9th.
Quotable Lyrics
Can't ignore that, you can try though
But you gone end up next to God though
Imma pen that robe, the bible
I'm on your skin like vedelago
Sing for the moment, I hit the high note
Someone please let Elton John know
Tell the lieutenant, hey camacho
With a Catholic priest and the pentecostal
