Today, we're premiering the debut project from Tdot illdude. The New Jersey singer/rapper/man of many talents accumulated some buzz last year with a string of solid releases. What sets him apart is his voice, able to relay a sense of pain and emotion with more acuity than most artists who use a similar type of flow.
At the beginning of this year, Tdot got acquainted with Meek Mill, and landed on two massive records with the Philly Dreamchaser. He first showed up on "Problem," and then, less than two weeks later, he was the first voice heard on "Fa Sho," the opener on 4/4 Part 2. Both tracks are gripping street anthems, and both proved that Meek is still hungry despite the weight of the legal system against him.
Tdot's debut project, The Vibe Is Heavy, includes 5 tracks and some big-time production credits. Timbaland produced the tape's final track, "No One," and other beats come from Cardiak (Dre's Compton), Mando Fresh ("Fa Sho"), Joey Castellani, and Cubeatz (Drake's "Summer Sixteen"). The track "Illuminati" features and is produced by fellow Jersey talent Young N Fly.
Tdot is looking to make a big statement with The Vibe Is Heavy. Download the project for free for a limited time before it becomes stream-only.
