Though he may not be getting his deserved exposure outside of the trap world, one can feel that big things await Peewee Longway. He's had a prolific year, dropping his album, Mr. Blue Benjamin, in January, and then his MPA 3 mixtape, which brought shine upon his MPA clique, in June. Peewee has a close partnership with ATL's best producers, including Cassius Jay, who released his own tape, Trap Sinatra, in August. Trap enthusiasts rejoice: Peewee and Cassius ("that boy Cash!") have now combined for an 11-track joint project, entitled Longway Sinatra.
Peewee keeps the features to a minimum on Longway Sinatra, with the few guest spots going to Offset (hopefully a sign there are no more dab-related tensions with the Migos), TK Kravitz, and E-40. Two rotund trappers -- one a young trendsetter and the other a certified OG? Yeah, "Back to Cali" should be a good one.
