Jay Z's most recent business venture, the streaming service Tidal, has pretty much been a trainwreck up to this point, so he took to Twitter earlier today to ask the masses for lenience. "Please give us a chance to grow & get better," he wrote. Each installment of his lengthy Twitter pitch came with the hashtag #TidalFacts.
Well it didn't take long for some opportunistic Twitter comedian to launch the parody account @TidalFacts, which tweets out a stream of over-the-top Tidal jokes. Given the topical nature of the account, it may run out of steam sooner rather than later. But hey, it was good while it lasted. Check out some of the account's funnier tweets below.
