After experimenting with funk and reggae for a few years, Snoop Dogg is getting ready to drop his most rap-oriented album in years. We've already heard a number of records from COOLAID, the LP scheduled to arrive this Friday, July 1st, and today we've received yet another new cut, which finds the legendary rapper bridging the gap between the West Coast of new and old, teaming with Cardo (the producer behind recent songs from Nef The Pharaoh, Kamaiyah, ScHoolboy Q, and Payroll Giovanni) and Cubeatz for a summer slapper called "Coolaid Man". Snoop is at his braggy best here, dismissing biters and offering "Coolaid" as an alternative to lemonade -- citing all the flavor he's supplied to the "gizzame".
